Très grosse déception pour cet hôtel . Nous y sommes allés , il y a 7 ans, et nous avons été extrêmement déçus par notre séjour cette fois-ci. Etablissement qui nécessiterait une rénovation ! Personnel et prestations absolument pas à la hauteur d'un 5*. Nous avions une suite, climatisation défectueuse, poussière et aspirateur non faits pendant 3 jours( voir photo), une seule bouteille d'eau mise à disposition pour un séjour de 7 jours. Extérieurs sales (voir les photos). Le gros défaut est que ce resort mélange clientèle de l'hôtel 5* et du club Lookéa , ce qui ne peut pas correspondre lorsque vous voulez passer un séjour en couple au calme dans un hôtel de cette catégorie. Le petit-déjeuner est complètement basique . On attend mieux là encore. En fait, cet hôtel mériterait d'être déclassé en 4*.

Hôtel qui ne correspond pas aux prestations que l'on attend d'un 5*. Chambre qui mériterait une bonne rénovation et surtout un ménage à fond . Clientèle trop diversifiée pour un 5*. Pas très calme entre les animations du club Marisma , des groupes de golfeurs qui parlent très fort dans les couloirs de chambres le matin tôt et le soir tard, au restaurant ( obligés d'écourter le repas). Et il y a également les animations, soirées sous Tivoli au niveau du golf avec musique à fond sous les fenêtres des chambres. Les prestations ne correspondent pas du tout à un 5* et cet hôtel n'est pas l'idéal pour se reposer. Toutes les bons avis proviennent des clients en club Lookea. Pour ceux qui souhaitent un séjour digne d'un 5*, ce n'est pas un bon choix .

Tout est parfait, bel endroit, chambre-appartement super, très propre et fonctionnel, bonne restauration, equipe d'animation Lookéa au top et toujours présents en respectant les envies des uns et des autres, seul inconvénient accès impossible sans aide pour les personnes PMR à la salle 'animation Lookea une petite bordure d'un metre (macadam, beton, bois) permettant de circulet avec un rollator ou un fauteuil serait bienvenu

Pas de machine à café dans la chambre ( pour un 5*).Clientèle trop diversifiée pour un 5*. Pas très calme entre les animations du club Marisma , des groupes de golfeurs souvent alcoolisés et qui parlent très fort dans les couloirs, à la piscine, au restaurant. Et il y a également les animations, soirées sous Tivoli au niveau du golf . On profite donc de la musique à fond tard dans la nuit . Les prestations ne correspondent pas du tout à un 5* et cet hôtel n'est pas l'idéal pour se reposer en couple . .

16 of us Just returned from a week at the resort for a golf holiday.. overall we were very impressed with everything. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable with a fridge which was useful could have been better with tea/coffee making facilities rather than having o go to the restaurant every morning to get a drink Some staff were very friendly and helpful whilst some at the bars were a bit unhelpful and not happy at all Pool and areas around the pool were amazing and very tidy, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas Golf courses had recently been treated so the greens were awful but that’s down to timing I guess but overall they were fantastic condition and a real challenge. Drinks are expensive in comparison €7.00 for a pint of local cheap lager €3.50 in local restaurant and bar Very limited on drinks with NO cider or Ales, I think this is very poor as some of the guys struggled to find something to drink The local town ‘el rompido’i s very very limited on bars and restaurants and any form of nightlife so not much going on there for anyone searching for any form of entertainment Overall great resort but due to limited drinks available and price of them, I wouldn’t return

Nous avons séjourné ma fille et moi début juin au Marismas Andalucia. Hôtel magnifique, d'une propreté irréprochable. Chambres type appartement assez spacieuses. Literie incroyable. Piscine très belle. Le buffet est excellent, varié, et pas répétitif. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable, et les animateurs très motivés et souriants ! Toujours présents pour nous proposer des activités sans pour autant faire preuve d'insistance si nous préférons nous détendre sur nos transats. Petit train mis à disposition gratuitement très appréciable afin de rejoindre le village d'El Rompido et la plage. Nous n'avons pas fait d'excursions via l'hôtel mais avons loué une voiture afin de visiter Séville ou encore le Portugal. Nous n'avons pas été déçues du tout de la qualité de cet hôtel et avons passées de belles vacances.

La comida bien y el apartamento correcto. El personal del comedor encantador lo mejor con diferencia. Pero como lugar para ir con niños una loteria… al menos que seas francés, ellos tienen dentro del resort un club propio con otros privilegios. Hemos estado la primera semana de junio y tras consultar si iba a haber miniclub y animacion y contestarnos Isabel Pascual (jefa de recepcion) ‘Le informamos que desde Semana Santa tendremos operativo nuestro equipo de animación y actividades. Por lo tanto para las fechas que ustedes vienen en Junio.’ No hubo animacion hasta el ultimo dia. De domingo a jueves no hubo ningun taller para niños no franceses ni minidisco. No se si la jefa de recepcion nos engaño en su día con la consulta de disponibilidad, o toda la animacion que tiene es un dia a la semana. Explicarle a una niña que para ella no hay ninguna actividad ni minidisco que es lo que mas que disfruta por culpa de un engaño. Pero si niños franceses por el comedor con la cara pintada por ellos tienen un club especial.

Have been to the Precise Resort, El Rompido, Spain many times since our first golf trip there in June 2019 (after about 15 years around many parts of Spain and Portugal). This has since been our main destination, and we are booked to return in mid September. The hotel is 5star, and lives up to it. Style is self service and works well. Bedrooms/ shower & bath facilities are excellent. Variety of foods on offer is really very good. Standards are high, staff friendly and helpful. The outdoor resources are good, swimming pools incdg children's pool, free gym, sauna and massage. Pool bar, tables/seating is good, with plenty of sun beds available. There is a regular road train service to the local seaside resort at El Rompido which is well worth a visit, good beach. And remains very much a quiet spot. And the golf- the two courses on offer are a 'treat' to play. North (averaging 4.75 hrs) is the longer course , more spread out and easier than the South (averaging 4.33 hrs) which is tight with plenty of trees. Both courses have splendid views to offer. You will enjoy which ever you choose to play.
