Top class hotel!. The hotel rooms were superb and the leisure centre was excellent with very friendly staff.

The Clanree is a serious and well maintained operation. The staff was attentive and the ambience and amenities were positive. The location on a highway outside of town serves places the hotel in a busy and unattractive area and mainly serves those who have a car, which I did not. However, taxi services were close.

Warm and welcoming staff. Amazing facilities,spacious Family room. Really Nice and clean with Excellent service. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Fab experience overall.

We stayed for our anniversary was lovely and relaxing staff were so friendly and helpful:taxis one call away taxi drivers helpful and friendly 1st time in letterkenny will be back amazing hotel I would rate it 5 star :we stayed in the executive room and was a amazing room lovely weather

We had a lovely time. A great package deal. Good price. The room was spotless and very nice. The staff were lovely particularly the young lady at the pool area and the reception staff too. The bar staff were under pressure because there was a large GAA Donegal support in watching the game. A 2 course meal and a bottle of wine was great value although we had to wait for 25 mins for a table that was not the best position just at the entrance to the bar. This was disappointing for us. There was entertainment on that we bought tickets for and that was brilliant fun and really enjoyable. Overall though a very good stay.

When we arrived for a Mike Denver country night inc. overnight stay, we got to our room to find tickets for another artist instead. Booked since Jan’24 and after a 90 min drive to get there no-one notified us to say the act we had booked and paid for had cancelled a few weeks before. My daughter had booked this for us, she rang and spoke to the reservation manageress who told her that it was changed on the website a few weeks prior so it wasn't their fault and asked my daughter. ‘What do you expect me to do? As I said, it was changed on the website, so it’s not our fault’ no apology, just a sharp, unprofessional, couldn’t care less tone… Tickets and hotel stay were all paid for via The Clanree at the time of booking. The Clanree broke their agreement and should have notified us where we would have changed to another night. Poor, unprofessional customer service. The hotel itself was nice, breakfast was fresh and tasty and the rest of the staff were accommodating. Would I return? No, unfortunately how my daughter was spoken to on the phone is not acceptable
