Jackson's Hotel & Leisure Centre
Clanree Hotel & Leisure Centre
"Nobody at reception in evening. No bar for residence"
The Great Northern Hotel
Lough Eske Castle
"We had booked a courtyard room but were upgraded to a Deluxe double which was huge and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic and the bed and linens excellent. We even had a turndown service which we did not expect. We ate in the bar and the food and cocktails were excellent.Breakfast was also excellent and we are hard to please!!!!! The spa is lovely but would benefit from a covered walkway from the hotel as it was raining the whole time we were there. In general we would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will stay again.Very friendly and pleasant staff."
Arnolds Hotel
Kee's Hotel
Tara Hotel
"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, friendly staff and really accommodating and paddy the daddy has great customer service in the bar 🤣 and had a lovely breakfast will definitely be back."
An Chúirt Hotel, Gweedore, Donegal
"Location was close to the Donegal Airport, and that was nice. Otherwise the property was a bit tired and we wished we had stayed elsewhere with more going on; for example in Ardara. The gym had some free weights (not many) and some cardio equipment, but wasn't very nice. I did appreciate being able to get a lift in. The restaurant was not good at all. I had veg soup and couldn't even eat it. Very unappetizing brownish color with little flavor. The waitress saw I didn't eat it and took it off our bill, which was nice. We paid extra for a room with a view and the view was over a dumpster, parking, and roof. They did move us to a room with a better view. The hallway outside our room smelled like sewage intermittently. Room was clean. Clare and Kelly provided great customer service and were cheerful and accommodating. They were great!"
The Villa Rose Hotel & V-Spa
"This hotel is one of the few that provides conditioner. However, the hairdryer was very unreliable. Also, although there were vacant rooms, they assigned a window-side air conditioner unit, which was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. The staff were friendly, and there was ample parking."

Shandon Hotel & Spa
"Magnificent from check in to check out. Lovely warm welcome at reception, free upgrade which was fantastic , beautiful spacious room with fantastic ocean views. Made good use of the leisure centre with sauna, steam , jacuzzi & swimming pool. Dinner was exceptional in the beats bar and we got a lovely window seat with amazing views, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was exceptional, everything you could want . Check out was very efficient and a lovely touch at the end with a cold bottle of water for the journey home which was well needed in the lovely hot weather . I will definitely visit again."
The Ballyliffin Lodge and Spa
Sandhouse Hotel
"A brilliant service, Stuff super friendly"
An Grianan Hotel
"Excellent place to stay. Food, accommodation and staff first class. We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Staff are great tour guides as well as doing their duties. Only one thing we would recommend is that a sign be erected 300 to 400 meters each side of the hotel to let you know you are approaching one of the best hotels in Donegal"
The Lodge @ Harvey's Point
"Check-in convenience: Check-in requires checking in at the main building, which is not very convenient. The room is located in a small courtyard 200 meters away. Security: Very secure, with electronic locks and automatic doors. Facilities: Complete facilities. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic, with underfloor heating. Environment: Beautiful. Service: Excellent, no need to queue for breakfast."
Caisleain Oir Hotel
"I travelled to Donegal for work this week and stayed at this incredible hotel. I ended up going with my family and my child at the last minute, we suggested upgrading the room and they brought in a kids bed for my son. Which was so so kind of them with no added expense. The staff were so so friendly, accommodating and kind. I waited for my taxi outside the hotel at 6am and it was still dark so a member of the staff waited with me until my taxi came. I finished work at around 11:30 am and was starving so we went to the restaurant for food, the lovely lady didn't even charge me because she said I missed my breakfast earlier when my husband and son went for breakfast so I had breakfast then without additional charge . They absolutely didn't have to do that but they really made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The room was so clean, so was the restaurant and throughout the hotel. I wish we could have stayed longer. The food was incredible too. I'm so glad my worked booked this hotel they made this experience stress free and enjoyable. I will definitely be going back. We were all treated with such kindness. I often travel for work as an actor and sometimes I have horrible experiences with accommodation. These people were genuinely good people and that's always such a pleasure to experience that. Thank ye all so so much for everything . The location was perfect. Shops nearby, beach and our room had a stunning view of the ocean ! They had parking on site as well. They also have a pet farm a few min away. The location is gorgeous"
Woodhill House
"When driving on a country road with beautiful scenery, you will see dots of exquisite small houses. Woodhill is a family hotel that cannot be seen even when walking on the road. It can be reached by driving deep into the dense forest-like path. You need to prepare a signal and psychological; but after arriving, you will find that if you want to experience the Irish countryside, you should come to Woodhill. John is a sincere grandfather who has eleven grandchildren who have stayed in Hong Kong. It is interesting to chat with him. It is really quiet at night. It's nice to get away from the lights for a while."
Dal Riada B&B
"Stayed for 4 nights at this B and B last week, Noreen our host was excellent and very helpful, and fresh scones every afternoon were very welcome when we returned from our day out and about, very clean, good shower, comfy bed and great breakfast, nothing to dislike and if in the area again would definitely return."
