When we arrived for a Mike Denver country night inc. overnight stay, we got to our room to find tickets for another artist instead. Booked since Jan’24 and after a 90 min drive to get there no-one notified us to say the act we had booked and paid for had cancelled a few weeks before. My daughter had booked this for us, she rang and spoke to the reservation manageress who told her that it was changed on the website a few weeks prior so it wasn't their fault and asked my daughter. ‘What do you expect me to do? As I said, it was changed on the website, so it’s not our fault’ no apology, just a sharp, unprofessional, couldn’t care less tone… Tickets and hotel stay were all paid for via The Clanree at the time of booking. The Clanree broke their agreement and should have notified us where we would have changed to another night. Poor, unprofessional customer service. The hotel itself was nice, breakfast was fresh and tasty and the rest of the staff were accommodating. Would I return? No, unfortunately how my daughter was spoken to on the phone is not acceptable
