Hotel is Old and Worn out. There are quite a lot of noise from the road. Unfortunately we Got 2 rooms with dust overall the furnitures, and one off the rooms there were garbage in the drawer shelf. We arrived late in the evening so we told the staff in the morning. They took some pictures and told us that the manager would contact us. We never heard from Them so we want come back again. Breakfast was average. It was the most expensive overnight in our roundtrip in Ireland but definetley not the best.

Grand room, comfy beds but not suitable for kids. Room was directly over the bar, blaring music till 10.30pm sun & many drunk people. Had to step over vomit on front doorstep Monday night & in toilet Tuesday morning.

I didnt stay at this hotel just called in for food And drinks whilst in the area for the weekend. Its a really lovely bar with friendly professional staff, food was great, they have a really nice area out back which i am sure is lovely in summer. I also have to add that the toilet facilities were extremely clean which i would suggest is good indicator that the rooms im the hotel would be 100% too! Great wee spot would call in again if im passing

Had a lovely stay for our anniversary, staff excellent, especially to Georgia and Bronagh who although professional were very friendly and made our weekend, also I would like to add a quick thank you to the breakfast staff who were also really good and breakfast was excellent. Would certainly return 😀

Been to a few hotels in my time, Must say the staff here were so helpful and pleasant could not do enough for us, was with my daughter and her husband and grand kids, we had a great time,Food was first class. 10 minutes into DERRY, 20 min into Buncrana. we will all be back again. thanks to all the staff.

Located on a busy road but rooms were quiet overnight. Hotel was clean, dinner in bar was good. Breakfast which was included was very good and the staff were lovely especially in breakfast room. Car parking is available at the front of the hotel

Wij verbleven hier één nacht. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Echter, de douche was lauw tot koud, zeer onaangenaam, en onacceptabel in een hotel. Wij hebben hierover geklaagd, een dame kwam boven kijken, en vertelde, dat dat kwam omdat veel mensen tegelijk aan het douchen waren. Probeer het over een uur weer. Na een uur, nog steeds koud water. De volgende dag wilde we hierover een klacht indienen, maar de receptie was onbemand. De dame van het ontbijt was zeer vriendelijk. Die zou ons telefoonnummer doorgeven, zodat het Hotel met ons contact kon opnemen, maar dit hebben zij tot op heden nog niet gedaan. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug.
