Stayed here on business, hotel was booked through a third party, with food and accommodation paid for. Booked in reception, showed receptionist email. That's when the trouble started, wanted me to pay for room which was already paid for, asked for manager who sorted out the payment, when I asked about the evening meal, told in no uncertain terms that isn't paid for. Tried showing the manager and receptionist email, they didn't want to know. I asked could they ring the third party, this fell on deaf ears.
