"Lovely hotel. Clean, friendly and beautiful surroundings. Nice big rooms. My only issue was we had people in the next room talking till after 1am and you could hear them so hard to sleep. Hair dryer is the old hotel style which broke 5 mins in. They did drop me in a replacement but I feel in 2025 rooms should have proper hair dryer and iron in the rooms. Otherwise lovely place."

"We went for a day at the spa. The treatments are lovely and that drives the high rating. We had a whole day there. You can use the hotel pool too which is good as the outdoor pool at the spa is just a plunge pool size and is a separate one of men and women. The hotel’s pool is great. With a day’s package you get lunch too. I thought lunch was ok but not great."

"The service in this hotel is very poor, starting with breakfast. We paid 25 Euros per person per day. The hotel has an à la carte buffet. We ordered two salmon meals, but after all the restaurant guests' meals were served, ours did not come. After we negotiated with the hotel waiter many times, two salmon meals were finally served, like begging for food. When we came back from outside at night, we found that the room was not cleaned. We had no clean towels, bath towels, or toilet paper. We called the front desk, but no one answered the phone. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service helped us and we finally got clean towels, bath towels and toilet paper."

"The environment was excellent and very quiet. The old house, built in 1838, had a wonderful atmosphere. There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs, but the staff can help. The dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, truly deserving of its three-star rating. Although the price wasn't cheap, I was very satisfied."

"We were looking forward to our stay ... Arrived Monday evening where a function for a group was in process.. we selected the hotel as. It was out of town, appeared away from noise of the town… paying at the highest room rate of the season therefore had high expectations.. sadly the opposite. Our room was extremely noisy above the bar & restaurant and beside the guest function toilet .. We were told all bar and lounge areas unavailable to us due to the function & recommended restaurants in the town for dinner ... sadly all closed in town as a Monday evening... others booked out due to options limited We were not offered a room away from the noise .. which as there was a function below .. would have been appreciated The room was adequate but bed was extremely hard … luckily the noise stopped at 10 pm Woken at 7 am with music and smells from the below kitchen ... sadly over priced & disappointed"

"Excellent breakfasts with a stunning view of the lake. A cozy place, but the hotel bills itself as a spa, yet the pool is small and cold, and the tiles are old and peeling. The jacuzzi didn't work. There's no hammam or spa in the relaxation area. They can sometimes provide one separately, as a compliment, but it's located separately. Also, we paid extra for a lake view, but there was a cemetery right in front of it. Such nuances should be mentioned; they ruined the atmosphere."
