We had a wonderful stay here. The staff could not do enough for you. Everything was taken care of. From unpacking your car and bringing your bags to the room to sorting out your reservations (I would suggest to make your reservations in advance. As we visited in high season some of the places we had in mind were already full and we couldn’t get in). They took us to and from the town whenever we wanted. Even greeted us with our jackets after dinner in town to bring us back. The service is truly above and beyond. Ski room is wonderful, they take care of everything. They even help you with your equipment, ski passes and greet you with warm crepes after a long day of skiing. Restaurant is wonderful. Every dish on the menu we had was great. They even offered to make an off the menu item for my husband which was incredibly nice and tasted great. Breakfast selection isn’t large, however everything they have is extremely delicious. Definitely recommend ordering from the menu as well. Had the best French toast I’ve ever had here. Room was gorgeous and comfortable with everything you need. Closet was spacious which with the amount of gear needed for skiing was definitely a bonus.

This was our first trip to Courchevel and we had an amazing experience thanks to the whole team at Strato. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a luxury ski holiday. - Location: Strato is very well located with ski in ski out access and amazing view of the mountains. The location is also more quiet than the village however extremely convenient to move around thanks to the complimentary shuttle cars. - Ski room: I'm beginner however had an amazing experience thanks to the whole team at the BO ski room, it's a truly luxury experience and always great to chat with the team before and after ski. - Spa: Strato has a pretty large spa compared to the size of the hotel, the pool is very nice and has great view of the snow mountain. - Service: This is where Strato truly stands out. We have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world however Pierre is by far THE BEST concierge I have ever come across. The pre arrival arrangements were extremely helpful and Pierre knows everything about Courchevel inside out, and always happy to help. Our stay could not have been as good without Pierre. Thank you Pierre and the whole team for the amazing stay. We will be back soon.

The worst holiday I had it was in this hotel. Our room was just next door to kids play room. From 7 AM to 11PM constantly noise from dozen of kids who is playing , shouting, dancing etc… impossible to relax… The hotel has absolutely no insonorisation. We hear JUST everything. The service in restaurants are very slow. Food mediocre.

Wow, wow, wow. Truly 5* - if you're contemplating staying - don't debate and book! We stayed here for a special ski trip to Courchevel - our first as a couple. Everything was absolutely outstanding. The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Gorgeous corner room with so many luxuries including tv in the bath! Turndown service was perfect and shuttle service into the village was brilliant to experience everything in Courchevel 1850. Staff could not do more for you. Amazing food both dinner and breakfast were delicious and truly 5*. Lovely quiet hotel, the perfect level of boutique. After a long day ski the spa was exceptional to sort out our sore muscles and was almost always just me and my partner. Honestly can't thank Le Strato enough for making this truly a holiday we will never forget. As soon as we can we would love to come back!

Haven’t stayed at the hotel, but at the 2 Chalets Residences annex. Incredible stay! At the chalets you can use all hotels facilities at the same you can experience having your own apartment at the alps - which is really convenient when with the family/kids. Hotel is really smart and services great. Ski room is absolutely incredible

My wife and I spent 3 days enjoying true luxury in Courchevel. All staff tremendously helpful and attentive. Special mention to concierge Pierre Simiam The hotel's location is perfect for skiing. They have a great transfer service to take you wherever you need and the guys at the ski room are super top. They always prepare your skis at the door and help you with your ski boots. The breakfast buffet is not very extensive but you can order a la carte at no extra charge. The restaurant and reception staff are always ready to help with a smile. Everything very clean and taken care of. Luxury in all the details. We recommend it

Incredible stay at Strato. We took advantage of all the hotel services, the ski room, in the hotel, which allows you to find your equipment ready for departure and your warm gloves in the morning. The incredible spa after a good day of skiing, the restaurant and its menu completely adapted to all desires. The staff is attentive and very attentive. Very spacious rooms. We had a wonderful stay. A real cocoon in the middle of the slopes.
