"And in Gaussell, there's such a bad apartment, 645 euros a night 1. No towels 2. No quilt cover 3. The bed cover and pillow cover are disposable or they are turned out in the cabinet. There is no toilet paper. 5. Slippers, shampoo, shower gel, don't even think about it There is a heating in the room that is bad Everyone must be cautious when staying. Don't enter the pit again. The doorway was a road that didn't slip in or out at all."

"Our rooms were rather shabby and not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. Our rooms were in an annex/separate building across the busy main road and not in the main hotel which was not communicated at the time of booking. We booked a ‘family suite’ which consisted of 2 adjoining bedrooms, 1 bathroom and separate toilet, 1 shower room and toilet, and no living room/sitting area. Apparently in France a suite means something different from everywhere else! Communication between staff was poor. Some of the staff were a bit arrogant and couldn’t handle criticism. We would not recommend staying at this hotel with their inflated prices, pretentious attitude and shabby rooms."

"We really enjoyed our week in Courchevel. We went to this hotel with Crystal Ski. There are many good points. *Very reasonable price for Courchevel centre *Rooms are warm and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. *Close to the slopes (and shops). *Modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water. *Friendly and helpful staff including the very present managers, Bruno and Eloise. *Rooms cleaned every day. *Complimentary tea, coffee and toiletries *Good quality breakfast and evening meal *Cosy bar/dining area with chilled atmosphere. Some downsides :- *Some aspects of the rooms are very tired eg carpets, curtains and wallpaper. *Although the rooms have balconies, don't expect fabulous views. Rear rooms face an alley and the back of shops. Front rooms have a large development blocking most of the view and are on the main road. *For beginners the only way to get to ski school involves two long flights of stairs in the main hub, La Croisette. *The ski room is in the basement of the apartment building next door. *There is no lift in the hotel (but there is one to the ski room). We were very glad to be on the first floor! *The evening meal is only one option as it is not actually a restaurant. Bit like being in a catered chalet which didn't bother us."
