great location ski in out access to slopes ,Room overlooking slopes cosy hotel with very nice dining and bar area fine food but limited menu if you go for half board ,staff tried to delivery the best service however some errors due to inexperience.
Rooms comfortable and clean hallways and corridors lacked maintenance .

I loved staying here. The staff were so lovely and helpful. It was my friend's birthday and they made her feel so special. 10/10 would definitely come back.

C’était notre première expérience à la montagne hors Club Med et c’était fabuleux. Tout d’abord l’hôtel est magnifiquement situé au pied des pistes et à la fois en centre ville. Vous êtes en front de neige, directement sur les pistes et devant l’école ESF pour les enfants, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avions une chambre famille qui est très très grande (surtout au ski, car bien souvent à la montagne les chambres sont minuscules). Les chambres famille comprennent une grande entrée, une grande chambre parentale, une salle de bains, et une grande chambre enfants. L’équipe est très souriante et très sympa, ils ont vraiment le sens du service et font tout pour vous satisfaire. Le restaurant est super, la nourriture est très bonne et les prix sont corrects par rapport aux autres resto du coin. C’était une super expérience, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute et partons avec grand regret. Un grand merci à Rémi et toute son équipe.

Great place for a lunch / snack visit when at the bottom of the slopes. Right by the Ariondaz lift. Fab food and comfy seating area in and out. And reasonably priced. Comfy seating area at the bottom of the slopes and also inside. Varied menu and well presented

We went to the restaurant on a couple of occasions during our holiday. We ate outside for snacks and had proper lunch inside. Both experiences were great. Good food and good service!! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location for more relaxed dining or a more formal meal.

Stayed for six nights over Xmas. Clean, nice and friendly staff. Good food and located right at the bottom of the ski run. We were made to feel welcome all of the time. The guys in the ski room were pleasant and helpful each morning and evening. My partner left her glasses in the room and the reception said they will post them back to the UK. Only small issues were that the room didn’t have a fridge which I would have expected and it came with a bath but no shower. Apparently some have a bath and some a shower so request one or the other if you have a preference. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for location, cleanliness, friendliness and value for money.

Rooms were small and cozy with enough storage for your ski stuff without it being under your feet. Location very good indeed. Breakfast was disappointing with a slightly chaotic feel to it at peak times. Didn’t appear to be enough staff and there was no element of service. This put us off having dinner at the property so we went and dined out locally. Sauna and steam room very basic but functional. Slightly disappointed for what we paid compared with other ski hotels, albeit in other resorts.
