Le K2 Altitude est un hôtel incroyable aux pieds des pistes, tout est réuni pour passer un séjour extraordinaire: le confort des suites, la décoration élégante, chic et chaleureuse aux couleurs du Tibet, la cuisine du restaurant Libanais Aïnata qui nous a fait voyager, mais aussi le restaurant gastronomique 2 étoiles Michelin, Le Montgomerie, les soins du Spa Goji et la gentillesse et le professionnalisme des équipes. Un très bel Hôtel que nous recommandons vivement !

Comment marier ski, déjeuner et bonheur… il faut aller K2 Altitude sur la terrasse. Tres grande cuisine qui sait rester simple pour un déjeuner. Une carte courte mais on a envie de tout prendre. C’est superbement préparé dans l’assiette, les cuissons sont sublimes et une superbe expérience. De tres beaux poissons, carte des vins magnifiques, un conseil les vins du domaine de l’Arlot sont superbes et raisonnables et le chef Pieter RIEDIJK passe faire le tour des tables avant que l’on reparte faire du ski. À faire à Courchevel.

Le K2 altitude is one of the best hotels in Courchevel. It’s our second year staying in Courchevel (our 7th year in the three valleys) Not only does it replicate the Nepalese culture (upon entry you are greeted with traditional figures) it is also a great place with a beautiful spa and excellent food. It is child-friendly, and the service is excellent. They will happily speak English or French. You wake up every morning to the view of Courchevel and you end your ski every afternoon with a slice of cake and a beverage of your choice. Perfect for the typical skiier, or just a family who loves Courchevel. I would definitely recommend.

I spent one week in this hotel with my partner. We have been in several 5 star hotels in Courchevel,this one is the worst. The service is unacceptable. Every day I had to complain about something. they are not responsive, not used to 5 star service, the staff does not talk to each other and there is no integrated team to serve the client. for exemple they forget to clean my room, you have to ask 3 times to get something done, they cannot bring a hot drink or food, everything is slow and they are very short staffed. clear case of lack of management and integrated team. Good real estate but would not return . Service is unacceptable . Covid protocols are not respected as well as in other local hotels. Concierge not wearing the mask most of the time. No soap in public toilets.i asked many times to put soap in the toilets they never listen . Nobody care . They don’t care about the clients . That’s how you loose clients . We go to Courchevel every year and it’s the first time we experience something like this. We complain so many time during our stay but nobody did nothing. Not even the manager . He didn’t care. Will never come back

Stayed here 4 nights. Had a great time. I had a lovely cozy room. Excellent amenities, great sound system, beautiful views and the softest pillows. Cannot fault it for anything. Staff was helpful and spoke english. Breakfast could've been better. Sky straight from the hotel. Good ski shop in-house. 2 thumps up

The hotel it’s nice ,good position. Room Are very nice but the service it’s very poor! everyday we have to complain for something. They don’t clean the room properly or they even forget to clean it. Everytime you ask them for something (tea or just an empty cup it takes 30 minutes minimum ) or sometimes they even forget to bring it to you. Room service its unacceptable as well. Every morning I ask for lactose free cappuccino and they bring me cold cappuccino with normal milk. And when you complain that it’s cold they say that they can’t do anything to bring it hot . I Told them to cover it but they don’t listed so they keep bring it cold.So I decide not to have breakfast anymore .
