Other than the location (on the University of Warwick campus itself) the hotel is at best like a Premier Inn or other such budget hotel. It feels and looks like a dorm. One note to anyone walking from campus to hotel: there is no direct access from Arts Centre plaza. You have to walk all the way around business school to access car park. This was very inconvenient in the rain as it added a 5 mins walk.
The room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom sink was clogged when I checked in. Resolved the next day (though the first answer I received when asking for repair was that I may have to move). On second night the hearing went out; housekeeping brought a small radiator heater… no repairman came, however. Resolved the next day.
The food was cafeteria quality (both breakfast and dining room). I recommend eating elsewhere. Bar was ok, but not great.
Overall, I would recommend a different hotel for the price, and taking a cab to campus. Sorry

We chose Radcliffe for an overnight stay, as we were visiting our son at Warwick University. It was excellent all round. The room was clean and had all the facilities we needed. An unexpected bonus was that you can have free tea and coffee in the bar area - a nice touch! We shall definitely stay again when we next visit our son.

Conference facilities are good but the billing side is atrocious. Sent wrong invoices, credit notes and did not seem able to add it up properly. Check your invoices if you use them! Also watch their cancellation policy - even if you cancel over a year in advance, they will still charge you minimum 25% of the total value to cancel. They would not allow us to move date either. Rather inflexible.

I experienced excellent customer service when I had a booking query. I had cause to change my booking and when I called the staff answered promptly and were very friendly and helpful which was very much appreciated.
