"I usually book this hotel like every 2-3 months whenever I come to coventry but this time it felt like a bit awkward due to staff behaviour. I just wanna clear ‘The lady’ who checked me in was really nice, sweet and professional with what she’s doing, however the morning staff wasn’t very polite as I had already paid for a late checkout because I wasn’t well that night and couldn’t rest properly, yet the staff still called me without first double-checking with their team which shows there’s no communication. I was unwell and asleep when they called, and instead of apologising for the mistake, the lady hung up abruptly.  On top of that, the housekeeping staff opened my room door without knocking first and again there’s no apology. They opened the door and only then said “hello,” which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.  Overall, the lack of communication, manners, and respect for guest privacy really affected our experience and I’m I won’t come back here again."

"Really good! The room was quite spacious and very clean. The breakfast was unique, with an à la carte menu. It's really special and offers excellent value for money, especially for just over 1000. Very satisfied!"

"I checked in at 3pm and the process was quick and smooth, with no problem. The room is on 4th floor, the view outside of the window is quite okay, I could see the rooftop of the bus station and part of the Coventry Transport Museum. The WiFi was working quite well in the room and I am glad, the room provides hot water kettle, fan, clothes hangers and a TV set. But you will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste and face towels for your morning routine. The bathroom is functional and clean . It is usually safe to walk around in the city centre, even during nighttime, but still it is better to travel in group and look after yourself."

"Wonderful hotel with friendly staff would definitely stay again. Only drawback is parking as the ncp car park which is the closest we had to pay twice as were going out after check in. Cost over 20 quid just for the parking !"

"It was an excellent stay at Scarman for me. The room I stayed in was clean, quiet and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel has a good range of food for breakfast and the selection of food for lunch & dinner was not huge but the food was delicious. I went to the University of Warwick to attend my son's graduation which the venue for the ceremony was within walking distance. To sum up, I am impressed with this hotel and will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is in a convenient location, with Costa, McDonald's, and TGI Fridays nearby. The staff are friendly and parking is free. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. However, the hotel is a bit old, the bathroom had a bad smell, and the room lighting is very dim. Overall, the price feels a bit high for what you get."

"Everything was superb except for smokers where I thought it's non smoking area. I fed back to the staff the rest of my concerns."

"The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient. The hotel is close to the train station, making it very convenient to get to the city center, though you do need to be careful crossing the road outside. The room was clean and tidy."

"Health is OK, the environment is very good, downstairs is Starbucks, breakfast is not delicious, there are few types, the scenery is very good, leisure vacation is very suitable, the front desk service attitude is also very good, it is worth living."

"The room was spacious, much more than I thought that it would be. It was also very clean. As we were out most of the time, we couldn't really get to use any of the facilities, if any in the hotel. As it's right smacked within the Coventry Club Football Arena, I can imagine it being a good accomodation for football fans whenever there's a match. The downside is that it's a little out of the way from the city centre. Unless you have a car, it might not be convenient to go to the city centre from this hotel."
