Coventry East (M6,Jct2)

Very clean hotel, nice bathrooms with a bath and shower, staff very friendly especially Gillian the receptionist who was a star! Very close to M6 perfect stop off when travelling up north. Great breakfast. Abundance of parking space. Will definitely stay there again.

Well this hotel wins the prize for THE most friendly staff! What a wonderful welcome we received and the staff were happy to chat about the local area (Coventry) and made us feel really at home. We were eating in our room so one of the members of staff went across to the Harvester and got us plates, knives, forks, napkins and lots of salt and pepper. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy. It was only a stones throw from Costa Coffee and Starbucks and a Tesco Extra. A BIG thank you and shout out to Zoran, Julie, Lesley and Carol

Amazing customer service and extremely helpful with anything, very chatty and very friendly, nice rooms and very comfy beds!!! And even though it’s near the M6 you can’t actually hear any of the traffic which is a big bonus, overall nice little tucked away place!!!

The staff ( Antoinette, Lesley & Julie) were so nice and welcoming and made me feel like a person and not just a customer. Perfect location for my business trips, I have stayed here many times and the staff are always happy and smiling. Never disappointed

This Premier Inn is the type from 15 years ago and is very very tired. The room was damp. The carpets were worn and the walls had not been painted in ages. It even had the high up 20" TV on the wall units. Surely this is on the roster to be upgraded? The location is great. The beds as usual are great and the breakfast and staff in the Restaurant made it worthwhile stay as we were travelling from Spain to Scotland and needed a well eraned rest after 16hrs of driving

Awazing stay and best customer service. Lesley and Julie on reception was very helpful and supportive. Was filling like at home. Room was very clean bed was very comfortable. Food in restaurant was very nice. Best experience I ever had. Will be back again.

Great location with ample parking, staff were great. the hotel seems to be out dated a bit but clean none the less. Plenty of eating options near by, the brewers fayre next door is not a bad option either. There is also costa and starbucks near by. Tesco is 10 minute walk

Stayed here for our football away day. Location was perfect, hotel was value for money and the staff were very friendly. Rooms comfortable couldn’t ask for any more. Breakfast was also value for money.
