The hotel arranged for me a room with barrier-free facilities, which was not very hygienic and made us uncomfortable. There is no air-conditioning in the room, only a fan. The UK is a bit unbearable when it encounters a severe summer.

I stay in a lot of hotels both for business and leisure. This Village Hotel was 'ok'. Finding a previous occupants contact lens at the side of the bed wasn't fun and the bathroom was incredibly tired and grotty. The staff were lovely but you got the impression they were lacking in energy. Great location and the usual Village trappings but not my best experience by a long way.

Tired dated rooms. Poor breakfast and had my car broken into in the night.

We attended the “80s & 90s” tribute night & it was amazing! We all had a great night. Especially seeing everyone dressed up! Will defiantly book on another tribute & Would recommend to anyone. £20 for a 2 course meal & entertainment? Really cannot complain

I attended the 80's & 90's tribute night. The a**osphere from the second you walk in is brilliant. The whole evening was amazing. From the food to the company. Room was comfortable and very big. Will be back again. Now a full member of the gym and attended a couple of classes as well.
