I have stayed here a few times and always been impressed by friendly and helpful staff. Safe place to stay. Convenient location near railway station. Will stay again.

Disgusting hovel ! Rude arrogant staff that couldn't care less that the accommodation is disgusting. As a company they are refuse to accept complaints and refuse point blank to follow GDPR issuing fake parking fines and trying to scam people

Never ever go there it’s disgusting! The corridor stank, like stale milk. Dodgy people hanging around and it smelt of **** inside. No kettle in the room. I put a chair behind the door when I went to bed I didn’t feel safe. No heating, dirty bathroom it needs shutting down. Certainly needs taking off ***********.

So horrible, it was stinking like someone has vomited and never cleaned. Visited for my daughters graduation ceremony at Warwick Uni. We booked 5 rooms, 2 of the rooms did not have electricity and one of the room's bathroom was leaking..... another room's bathroom was flooded. Why is this hotel even on ***********? There seems to be people from Asylum and whole night dogs were barking and people slamming the room doors and shouting..... Never been to this kind of hotel ever. On complaining on check in the staff told us that they are cleaning the corridor and on checking out they did not even bother to listen to us. Please stop booking this hotel.

What a shocking place , so disgusting, very bad smell as soon as you walk in , bad atmosphere, uncomfortable bed, water was leaking from the sink , I will not even give 1 star to this so called hotel . Avoid avoid

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOTEL. It has parties at weekends with loud music unti l5:30am I had requested a quiet room could not sleep Thecortidors dell of urine and dog faeces, tgere was evidence of nitrous oxide raking in corridors. Black mould on bathrooms I complained and they refused to give money back. And *********** offered 25Euro even when the hotel confirmed there had been noise until 5:30 am my requested quiet room. Look at tye review 7th June other website (unfortunately after I had booked. My daughter was too scared to leave the room until the drunkards from the party and dodgy characters at tye entrance had gone. TV didn't work door locks djetchy and really noisy without the sound system blaring all jight. Get one out of five purely because i couldn't save with 0 Truly the worst experuence I've ever had!

DO NOT STAY HERE. THE PHOTOS DO NOT SHOW WHAT THIS HOTEL IS REALLY LIKE! This hotel is disgusting. The bathrooms are unusable, the beds are not comfy, everywhere is dirty. There is an awful smell throughout that is a mixture of sweat, wet dog, cigarettes and ****. There is a nightclub underneath the rooms that is so loud you cannot get to sleep. When it stops, everyone in the hotel comes to life, slamming doors, screaming at eachother. We were meant to stay 2 nights but left at 3am on the first night it was that bad. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE THAN HERE!!

This hotel is a dump and should be shut down for health reasons. Under no circumstances stop here. If you do then its your own stupid fault. You will not get any sleep at all and it stinks of fag smoke everywhere.

THIS PLACE ISN'T SAFE, DO NOT GO THERE. I made the mistake of reading reviews after I checked in and see the place. If you ever wondered what a crack den was like in real lift, this is it. Something seemed off as soon as I pulled into the car park, dodgy men hanging around everywhere. I've never been to a place so dirty in all my life, smelt like a dirty ashtray and ****. The room was freezing as the window was broken and god nose what all over the walls. My 11 year old daughter asked if we could stay somewhere else, but everywhere we booked. Was woken up at 2am by the noise from next door and them trying to gain access to my room from the door in our room leading to theirs. Went to reception and was given another room. Which also had a broken window which was in the bathroom and the latch was broken on the bathroom door so you couldn't close it, so the room was also cold. We left at 6am This place needs some major health & safety, and hagen checks done or shutting.
