An incredible experience. Impeccable hotel and delivers as promised. Impeccable staff.
The only negative point was that in the bathroom I found mold on the tiles, which means that the cleaning was not up to date.
But overall the experience was very good!

After Gym Hotel races behaviour, the police led us to this hotel and it was a great place to stay. Our other commitments didnt provide the opportunity to extend our stay. The employees were friendly and helpful. We promised to visit the ancient city again.

Paramos para saber se serviam refeições no restaurante e foi uma desgraça completa. A recepcionista levou-nos a sala não do restaurante mas sim do bar onde nós disse que seria o sítio para podermos almoçar A ementa que estava na mesa era de snack não de restaurante. Pedimos e vieram duas ementas completamente diferentes, perguntei porquê e afinal uma não estava correta a correta era mais pobre 2 pratos de carne e 2 de peixe, optamos pela carne todos iguais e pedimos uns ovos rotos de entrada. Entretanto passaram 45 minutos quando finalizamos o pedido. Vieram os ovos rotos sem talher para nos servirmos as batatas congeladas de fraca qualidade assim como o presunto se é que era presunto. O prato de carne veio mas viu-se logo que não tinha sido confecionado no momento puré de batata de muito má qualidade assim como os espargos, grandes e queimados do carvão. A carne demasiado temperada . Para finalizar um café também de muito má qualidade. Uma palavra sobre os funcionários atenciosos mas sem formação para desempenharem os seus papéis. De certeza que não voltamos para comer. De lamentar uma vez que espaço merecia um serviço 5 estrelas porque é muito bonito

The Pousada Serra da Estrela is a fairy-tale hotel in the middle of the mountains with magnificient views towards Covilha. We had a splendid stay in this magnificient hotel. The rooms are wide and comfortable, the people at the reception desk are very helpful (special mention for Xavier Pérez), and the people at the bar are also kind and ready to help. Breakfasts are superb. Nothing wrong about this magnificient place.
