"We booked this place mostly because of the spa space and the indoor heated pool. The pool was flat out cold (totally cold switched off) everytime we tried to use it. We complained at the reception several times. They said many times over the course of 2 days they would turn it on. They never did, and made us wait all the while. We later read reviews of other guests also complaining at the lack of heating in the rooms in the winter. Bottom line, the hotel seems to want to save money on energy bills at the expense of customers. Theres a lack of privacy between the toillet, the shower and the bed space which are not separated. Don’t recommend for people who are still getting to know each others toilet habits. The staff is friendly, they mislead you with a great smile on their face. DONT GO!"

"This is an exceptional hotel, the rooms are decorated with taste and the service is superb. This region is out of this world stunning, definitely worth a visit. The experience was so good on our first visit to this hotel that we came back the second time in less than three months. This is possibly the best hotel close to the mountain. The scenery in the area is breathtaking and this hotel elevates the region's experience to another level. The restaurant is at fine dining level and value for money. They have a very good selection of vegetarian options and the chef even prepared vegan meals specifically for my daughter. 100% recommended!"

"Great stay, excellent hotel, very comfortable room, very good and relaxing pool! Just two points to mention: at reception I asked if there was snow anywhere (since we traveled a long way just for that) and the person who attended us said that "It would be very difficult, that there wouldn't be snow and that we should have checked the weather forecast" and in the end there was snow 19 km away from the hotel and a lot of snow! And the cleanliness of our room could have been better; there was dust coming from under the bed and dirt on the floor when we pulled the curtain. Apart from that, everything was perfect!"

"Total disappointment. The service was far below expectations, with an evident lack of staff training. As guest, i was e unable to use the restaurant area due to a private event taking place. After breakfast, i was also prevented from sitting outside because the space was being prepared for another event. The breakfast itself was poor, both in variety and quality. It was disappointing to see processed cheese instead of local regional products. There was also only a small bowl of cherries available for all guests. “Cherry” room had several issues: no air conditioning because the remote control had no batteries, a broken shower floor, and a shower that constantly leaked… The outdoor area was also far from relaxing, surrounded by an old mechanic workshop full of rubbish and nearby apartments that offered no privacy at all to the guests. In addition, the grass was overgrown and poorly maintained. Overall, the service and experience were extremely poor for a hotel that presents itself as a premium and distinctive property."
