Just two points to mention: at reception I asked if there was snow anywhere (since we traveled a long way just for that) and the person who attended us said that "It would be very difficult, that there wouldn't be snow and that we should have checked the weather forecast" and in the end there was snow 19 km away from the hotel and a lot of snow! And the cleanliness of our room could have been better; there was dust coming from under the bed and dirt on the floor when we pulled the curtain. Apart from that, everything was perfect!"

"Booked this "upscale boutique" hotel for New Year’s Eve, but it was a huge letdown. Despite booking early, the restaurant was fully booked, and no one warned us or offered reservations beforehand. The room? Tiny, cheap finishes, no bathtub, no amenities—just a Nespresso machine. For the price, it’s nowhere near boutique level. One star, and that’s generous."
