Hotel com ótimo pequeno-almoço, acolhedor, sala de bilhar, local para guardar bicicletas e relativamente a meio dos pontos de interesse da Serra da Estrela.
O hotel precisa de obras de remodelação dos quartos, é a unica coisa que deixa um pouco a desejar...

Hotel muito acolhedor com estilo rústico. Pequeno-almoço muito bom e buffet de jantar delicioso. Com muitos espaços para relaxar e visitar. Ótima temperatura dentro do hotel e dos quartos. Camas confortáveis. Staff muito acolhedor e simpático.

No geral, a família adorou. Piscina com água muito quentinha, pequeno almoço bufet com muita variedade e qualidade. O quarto tinha óptimas dimensões, possuía um mini bar. Pena não termos ficado com nenhuma vista de jeito. Lugar sossegado, ideal para relaxar. Optamos por fazer um almoço no restaurante medieval, e ficámos surpreendidos com a quantidade e qualidade. Almoço bufet delicioso onde os adultos pagavam 22€ e as crianças 11€, as bebidas foram pagas à parte. Muita simpatia por parte de todos os funcionários.

Staff muito simpático, excelente localização. Quarto espaçoso (duplo panorâmico), ótimo pequeno almoço, ótimo buffet (jantar). Hotel apesar de não ser novo áreas bastante agradáveis ainda assim os quartos poderiam ser atualizados e melhorar insonorização da piscina.

Uma agradável surpresa. Apesar de as acomodações estarem um pouco datadas , o conforto foi uma constante. Ficamos em regime meia pensão. Bom PA os jantares ainda melhores. As mais valias neste hotel de montanha são a proximidade da Torre, das pistas de ski, a possibilidade de fazer uma caminhada nas Penhas da Saúde e sem dúvida a simpatia e gentileza dos funcionários. O nosso muito obrigada ao Sr. Paulo e restantes colegas. Iremos regressar.

As fotos eram muito melhores que o hotel - ele está sem manutenção, o quarto em que me hospedei era bem menor do que eu reservei. Os móveis estão extremamente gastos pelo uso, parece bem abandonado. Os funcionários são cordiais, mas a limpeza tb estava média.
