Hotel with great breakfast, cozy, billiards room, place to store bicycles and relatively in the middle of the points of interest in Serra da Estrela.
The hotel is in need of refurbishment of the rooms, it is the only thing that leaves a little to be desired...

Overall, the family loved it. Swimming pool with very warm water, buffet breakfast with lots of variety and quality. The room was great in size and had a mini bar. It's a shame we didn't have any good views. Quiet place, ideal for relaxing. We chose to have lunch at the medieval restaurant, and we were surprised by the quantity and quality. Delicious buffet lunch where adults paid €22 and children €11, drinks were paid separately. Lots of friendliness from all the staff.

Very friendly staff, excellent location. Spacious room (panoramic double), great breakfast, great buffet (dinner). Hotel, despite not being new, has very pleasant areas, but the rooms could be updated and improve the soundproofing of the pool.

A pleasant surprise. Although the accommodations are a little dated, comfort was constant. We stayed on a half board basis. Good PA, even better dinners. The added value of this mountain hotel is the proximity to the Tower, the ski slopes, the possibility of hiking in Penhas da Saúde and, without a doubt, the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Thank you very much to Mr. Paulo and other colleagues. We will return.

The photos were much better than the hotel - it is not maintained, the room I stayed in was much smaller than the one I booked. The furniture is extremely worn out and looks very abandoned. The staff are friendly, but the cleanliness was also average.
