Very clean and updated hotel. Close to ballpark as well as nice selection of restaurants. The trips in the elevator were a bit confusing but after a few adventures able to navigate.

From Concierges to Front Desk and the Dinning room.. warm welcoming staff. Kate at check-in was excellent so was Marvin in the dinning room. Convenient parking and the Great American Ball Park was at walking distance.
Exercise room was well equipped with all needed equipment and refreshment.

Hotel is a nice business class next to a convention center with meeting facilities on property. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar are nice. Rooms are comfortable. The property is within walking distance of some restaurants but no access to other amenities. Despite being downtown, really need a car.
