Overall, it's okay. There are many beds in the room, and check-in is relatively convenient. The room is not locked, and it's a self-service check-in. There's no deposit or anything, you can just go there by yourself.

Room is clean with furniture and all amenities you may need. Staff is friendly and helpful. The apar**ent is few mins walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommended as it was a pleasant stay especially for those planning to visit Penguin Parade of Phillip Islands in which took above 15 mins drive by car.

Our first time to do self check in, the instructions given were clear and easy to follow.
We arrived late and didn't see a single staff during our stay. Yet, the staff replying our queries through emails were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The room is spacious and clean, not fancy but comfortable. Hot water was running a bit slow for the last person to take a shower. Otherwise, it was perfect.
The location is great, within walking distance to the restaurants and shops, or a 2 min. drive. There is a children's park outside the hotel and the kids enjoyed it very much. The beach view is also spectacular.

Location was amazing, quick walk to Main Street & beach. Wifi didn’t work, few other things in bedroom didn’t work. The bed was extremely uncomfortable & sheets like sandpaper.

Very comfort room provided. Parking just infornt of your room ans there are numbers of restaurant just few minutes walking distance for your room.

Great access to the beach and restaurants. However, suggest trying to fet top level as ypu can hear people walkinb above, shower screen had no bottom seal so often leaked on floor.
