This is not a 4 star hotel. I have travel a lot and I have seen lots 4 stars hotels.So far this is the worst. Completely disaster and we will never stay there again! Not even for free. Hair dryer not working,handle to bathroom door falling off,thermostat broken and couldn't control the air con,door entry's system not working properly...and this is just few. Some of the staff working there clearly dont have any training on dealing with customers. I have reported some of this items and no one attended by the time we left. So never again!
