"Friendly staff welcomed us late and gave us room upgrade. Breakfast was good. Room was large and comfortable. Only complaint is that the pool and fitness center were closed for unknown reasons. We like to work out daily and chose the hotel because of these facilities. Left us disappointed. Would stay again if facilities are open."

"The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic. We asked for 7:00 in the morning. The front desk clerk arranged for us to do a good job at 6:45 in the morning and solved our big problem. Because this place belongs to the suburbs, there is no way to solve the breakfast around. The air conditioning effect is good and clean."

"I have always loved this hotel however, I managed to hurt myself into a bed leg, a stupid stainless steel plate with sharp edges. Accident reports to front desk no apologies received. Stone cold staff, apparently unhappy to have us as guests. A smile could be useful if one may get to stick it to them."

"The location of the hotel is great, but the quality of the accommodation is not that great. I booked a Junior suite for 2 nights and the smell of the room was awful. There was a leak under the tub in the bathroom and the smell of standing water made me sick. The receptionist only offered a new bath mat, but did not offer a different room. I basically have to keep the windows open most of the time in order to air out the room and the bathroom. Breakfast is offered in the hotel basement, and there is no elevator/lift to access the basement. Be aware of this if you have mobility issues."

"Hotel is situated not than 30 minutes walk from Christmas market on Mihai Viteazul square. Good location close to main boulevard and tram station. It's was very good heated room and the bathroom was warm too. Clean towels. Not enough socket plugs so I use the one behind the night shelf. There is a moni bar ,with price list. Good wifi and TV in the room. Breakfast was simple but good. Coffee was good . Stayed one night only,just for the Christmas market."

"I chose this place based on the reviews, but unfortunately, it seems this is the best Craiova has to offer… - Parking is not listed as paid, but you’re charged on arrival—and it’s not itemized on the invoice. This felt deceptive. I felt I little bit scammed. - AC unit is extremely loud; it’s impossible to sleep with it on. I recorded the noise, but TripAdvisor doesn’t allow video uploads. - Noise overall is a big issue: loud music from the bar below, creaky floors, and poor soundproofing—you hear everything from adjacent rooms. - Breakfast is explained at arrival as being “made on the spot,” but it consists of pre-packaged, pre-plated (cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, juice, dessert). Only the eggs are freshly made. Other inconveniences: = No vanity set = Shower gel comes in a tiny bottle and isn’t replenished = Full payment required at check-in Positive: + The location is central and convenient. + I was scared to turn on the AC. I was expecting a heavy mold smell to come out but it smells fresh. They do seem to clean the filters. A big plus!"
