Beach House Hotel

Was lucky to get a car parking space as car park was crammed, however, everything else about the hotel was spot on - friendly staff, great breakfast, handy location for Seahouses and walks, really clean, lovely lounge\bar area - would definitely return

LOVE this hotel! The staff are absolutely wonderful! I felt like I was at home from the moment I walked though the door. I actually spent more time at this hotel than out and about in town, I was that comfortable! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Beach House.

This hotel is in a brilliant location - overlooking the sea and near to the harbour and other facilities. The great staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The food was brilliant and the whole experience was excellent. The rooms were very well provided with tea/coffee/water/toiletries,etc.

Just back from a delightful short break at this lovely hotel. The service from the staff was exemplary. Very good breakfast selection. Will book in for dinner next time. Good location with great views of the Farne Islands. Looking forward to planning a return visit.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay here. What a great choice! We arrived late and shown to our room, by friendly guy who was working in bar as well as reception. We had opted for a seaview which was wonderful. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, sofa and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was large and bright with a bath and shower.There was a kettle with tea, coffee and couple of biscuits. There was also two bottles of water. We unpacked and went for a quick stroll along the front. The beach was gorgeous and you could see Bamburg castle in distance. We came back and had a couple of drinks in the bar which had a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was served with great sea view. There was hot and cold options. The hotel is in a great spot, only 5 minutes walk to the village and harbour. The hotel was a great base for us to visit Bamburg Castle, which is only 10 minute drive away. We also went over to Holy Island. We got tickets in the village for a boat trip to see puffins, many other birds and also seals. We had cocktails in the hotel at happy hour before going into the village for evening meal. The ambience in hotel was really nice. We were so pleased with our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Staff were very welcoming, especially to our canine companion. The staff make the hotel what it is, keen to help and ensure guests have a good experience. Food was excellent with plenty of choice and good quality. The room was a little small but pleasant.
