Excellent upon arrival was upgraded without asking. absolutely wonderful gesture, staff was 110% wonderful helpful people all thru the stay.

The hotel facilities are complete, the management is in place, and the waiters are friendly. It's close to the scenic spots you want to visit, and it's very convenient to walk and get there by car. Will book again next time. The price/performance ratio is also high.

The best option to stay in London from Gatwick. The staff so kind, educated and always friendly. They checked all the time our stay necessities. Help us with an extra sofa bed, I will appreciate it all the rest of my life. The breakfast are amazing options, excellent quality, good taste and comfortable into the salon.
Very near to the airport (access), big rooms and amenities are higher level than I have seen in Europe.
