The shower was amazing. We had breakfast on our last day. Private dining with a well cooked breakfast with lots of choice. Cannot praise this boutique hotel enough. Wonderful service all the way. "Front office staff all great. Nice gym. Rooms refurbished, neat and clean though a bit small. Only complaint is the housekeeping. A little spotty. One of the day no housekeeping despite hanging the housekeeping required card outside the door the whole day. And then 2 of the days they just removed the rubber mat for the bath tub. I asked reception to for it to be replaced and they gave me fabric floor mats instead of rubber mats. So in all, will recommend for the location if you wanna stay around the airport but not at the airport. There is a small town Crawley for food, malls and supermarket within walking distance."

"It is a homestay, and you can choose this one for free parking overnight. The room given to me is different from the room picture when placing the order. When I lived in London, the hotel was not clean. I set the quilt cover, but the latter few were lazy and didn’t have a set. I didn’t expect to have a knife before the return trip. After getting up in the morning in this store, my leg was a little itchy and red and swollen. I was not sure if it was a fleas. After returning home, the original lump was itchy, and two lumps were scratched next to it. But I am not sure if it will be bitten in other hotels the night before. of. As soon as the room entered, there was a very pungent smell. I opened the window to sleep at night. It was a good accommodation to remove these problems. The surrounding airport countryside was very quiet."
