Ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport

Arrived here in the middle of the night, struggling with my two very heavy suitcases. I was exhausted and in low spirits but I greeted by two very nice staff Gihan and another tall guy never got his name. It’s really great just meeting nice folks who are just efficient and polite. They helped me with my luggage, check-in was quick and easy and the accommodation was great. The room is ideal for overnight stays and very clean. There’s shuttle service to the airport as well, only thing that ****** is that if you wanted airport pickups the service starts at 4am and there was no bottled water in the room. Other than that zero complaints

Very clean. Everything was in good condition. You can take easily bus to crawly broadway. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay close to the airport, this is a gorgeous hotel with lovely staff. Bee, Gihan and Hope couldn't do enough for us and were so accomodating. Delicious food and drinks with a friendly atmosphere. Can't fault it, definitely recommend. Jane and Jinzi

She greeted me with a genuine smile, took the time to answer all of my questions, and provided me with helpful information about the hotel and its amenities. Her professionalism, empathy and attention to detail during the check-in process were truly impressive considering I did not have a prior booking and was a walk in guest. Throughout my stay, Vanessa continued to exceed my expectations with her exceptional customer service. Whether it was assisting with travel arrangements, providing directions to local amenities, or simply offering a friendly greeting whenever I passed by the front desk, Vanessa's commitment to ensuring that I had a memorable and comfortable stay was evident in every interaction. Lovely room beds & bedding nice & clean the hotel has had a refurb looks lovely now,stayed for one night food good.Was nice they had a vegetarian option for dinner. Everyone very helpful & friendly too. Nice big TV in our room,bathroom lovely & clean.

Hotel was modern and clean , staff were not at all Welcoming or friendly. Theyforgot to tell us at booking that to park your car overnight it’s an extra 25.00 !! Cooked Breakfast was un edable , absolutely disgusting ! Would definitely not stay there again in

Great hotel near Gatwick Airport. Stylish and modern design. Comfortable nights sleep. Excellent food. Everyone who works here is very friendly and professional. We will be recommending to friends and family. Definitely our airport hotel of choice now for our future travels.
