We were so grateful to the kind waitress who fitted us in for a meal. We had been travelling and delayed in traffic. We did not think the restaurant would still be serving. If made a family of four very happy, especially with a wary start to Gatwick in the morning.

Excellent value for money! Lovely room, great food and friendly staff. We only stayed one night but we were amazed at what a great hotel this is!

We stayed here one night pre flight to Gatwick. First of all the positives, great location closed to Gatwick (10 min drive) free parking, and closed to plenty of restaurants. Room was comfortable typical premier inn room but very hot, no air conditioning and fan didn’t really touch the sides. Couldn’t really sleep with the window open either as quite a noisy busy road. Staff were really cold, didn’t really acknowledge your existence. Examples being stood at the bar for a good ten minutes before they even noticed we were stood there, and upon leaving the hotel the next morning no thanks for your stay/hope you had an enjoyable stay/safe journey, just silence. Shame as the hotel is a great location and good value for money but let down by the lack of air con and staff.

Our third stay at this hotel which is in an excellent location. Rooms were comfortable and clean you would expect and we had a very relaxing stay. Also I have to say we found all the staff really friendly and helpful especially Amy who checked us in. Really friendly welcome which was very welcome after a long and tiring drive Already booked our next visit

Very welcoming Staff good service very helpful very efficient also no carpark fees food was lovely and very tasty would definitely stay again good Location for Gatwick airport room very clean Beds very very comfy stayed on a Wednesday wasn't very busy lovely breakfast plenty to choose from free for children overall lovely experience

Booked to stay for a night after a late flight into Gatwick to avoid a 2-3 hour journey home. Excellent value room price with comfortable bed and the usual Premier Inn amenities. Kettle was missing from room but one was provided immediately from reception although it didn’t work very well but we were too tired to request another. The hairdryer was also a bit problematic the following morning so we reported both issues when we checked out which was noted and received an apology for. We both had the unlimited full breakfast which was great value with ample choices and set us up for our journey home. The only difference to other Premier Inns we’ve stayed in before was you ordered the cooked breakfast (still unlimited) rather than buffet style.

Friendly staff at breakfast. Great variety and sets you up for the day! Fresh eggs on request. Good nights sleep, comfy bed and pillows. Other staff could improve on their attitudes towards guests. Good location and can walk into town easily.
