Very poor quality service. I booked a room with a large double bed which I paid for online and the receptionist couldn't find my reservation and wasn't able to check on the PC with a very rude accent that didn't understand French. In addition I rebooked to make a second payment this time 15€ more expensive and to have a room with 2 separate small beds so when online there were still rooms with double beds available. Of course without giving us an invoice.

La serrure à carte de ma chambre ne fonctionnait plus, aussi on m’a donné une clé de canon européen qui m’ a permis de rentrer dans la chambre et y déposer mes affaires
En voulant re rentrer dans ma chambre quelques heures plus tard cela ne fonctionnait plus même le réceptionniste n’y ait pas arriver et il a fait appel à plusieurs personnes et j’ai attendu de 23h30 à 01h00 qu’ils arrivent à réouvrir la chambre
Je considère qu’il s’agit de négligence de leur part car ils savaient pertinemment que la serrure ne fonctionnait pas correctement et qu’ils n’avaient pas procéder au remplacement de la serrure
J’ai pu constater par ailleurs un gros laissez aller dans la maintenance (robinet qui tourne, fenêtre de l’accueil avec une étiquette « ne pas ouvrir »
Je souhaiterais que mon message remonte à la direction Qualité des Campanile

Un prélèvement injustifié a été effectué sur mon compte bancaire. Les nombreux courriels et appels téléphoniques n'ont pas résolu ce problème. J'attends le remboursement de 116 Euros depuis le 4 janvier. Ma banque me certifie que ce prélèvement a été effectué par l’hôtel mais la directrice attend toujours la confirmation de sa banque.
