Premier Inn Crewe Central

Staff were excellent at this hotel, food once served was nice enough, nothing exceptional but its a Beefeater so not expecting much. 3 of the 6 dishes were service 15 minutes later that the first 3 as Kitchen hadn't made them, but Sean was apologetic and kept us up to speed with what was going on.

We stayed the night in the premier inn and the receptionist Tracey checked us in. She was very helpful, made us feel welcome and it honestly was one of the best customer service encounters I’ve had. The premier inn was great, clean and very comfy! I’ll be returning there if I happen to be in town because of my positive experience.

Just returned from a 2 night stay, 2 adults and 3 children. We are seasoned Premier Inn visitors all over , but WOW this was one of the best stays we have had. The staff were super efficient, friendly and helpful. We chose this location as central to explore the area, we will be returning.

Found staff to be very friendly, especially Matt at breakfast nothing was to much trouble engaged with grand children even found paper and pens to keep them amused breakfast cooked to order was 1st class ,site is going through a redevolment but everything was as it should be.

Best premier inn ever! I had an amazing stay the rooms were spotless and the staff were a credit to the business especially Caron, Kerrie, Alice, nick and Tracey! Food was also amazing too especially the breakfast the staff are very hardworking

On checking we were told that our evening meal booking had been cancelled, literally no notice and we were counting on evening meal that evening, meal was prepaid and a week later I am still waiting for my refund!! Premier Inn refused our request to pay for a taxi to a restaurant within 3 miles. They offered Crewe west premier with meal deal but again refused to pay for our transport costs. Therefore due to this we have been left out of pocket through no fault of our own (we travelled by train to the town, so no own transport). They honoured breakfast next morning, but quality of the breakfast was very poor. Complained to reception, they said need to speak to customer relations - i have tried a few times to get through but each time gave up after being on hold 15 mins each time. Poor show Premier Inn, we have enjoyed many good booking with yourselves, but on this occasion you have badly let us down and was an awful start to our holiday. We booked this premier inn as it was offering evening meal (prepaid) and was close to the railway station.

The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly and looked after us wonderfully. The clean rooms were surprisingly comfortable and well laid out. Lovely and quiet. The breakfast, served in the adjoining pub (which they are in the process of taking over) offered plenty of choice. Again, we couldn’t have been looked after better by the cheerful, friendly & efficient staff. We weren’t expecting much from a ‘no frills’ hotel in a little business park, but the staff really made this a very pleasant few days stay and we will definitely book again when next in the area.

Staff excellent but Premier Inn have shut Brocklebank which means no evening meals or drinks being served. A big thing for customers with multiple bookings like ourselves. We are currently doing a month of Premier Inn stays the main place being Crewe. We have no car and my husband isn't able to walk far. We have always used the Brocklebank as our social centre . A sad day for us and we have not received any opportunity to change our bookings or have a refund and staff are dealing with daily abuse from customers disappointed to have paid for a service they can't have !
