Hotels in Crewe

"Rooms are extremely light and clean, sturdy beds. On the hotels official website, it states the rooms air air conditioned, however, this is not true. When we asked the guy on reception, he tried to convince me that I’ve read it wrong and tried to make me out as being stupid, but it clearly states the rooms have aircon but only the reception/lobby has air con. The room was very comfortable, could do with having some netting as looks directly into the offices across the way, unless you close the curtains."

"We stayed in Crewe Hall and Spa for 3 nights. The hotel was grand and the ground well maintained. Facilities were also excellent which makes a good relaxing stay. Breakfast and the bar was superb. Spa treatments excellent! What set apart the hotel are the staff. They were friendly, always smile. It definitely made our stay better. Would I recommend and stay again? Absolutely. 10/10."

"The hotel is fairly nice although it is let down with the lack of aircon which I understand has been broken for some time. I was offered to move rooms from one swelteringly hot room to another only to be sandwiched in between two rooms who were obviously having a party. I was offered to move back to my original room which I finally got some sleep. A nice hotel, let down by the lack of air conditioning."
