I booked the hotel, I called the hotel to confirm an early checking. The hotel confirmed the booking and said no problem we can check you in early. When I arrived early morning I was barked at by a very rude receptionist who had tattoos on her arm, not even looked at me. I never met anyone like her I ended up just leaving and booking travel lodge which meant I paid for a room that I didn’t use. The hotel is not bad but the reception staff have no understanding of customer care.

Beautiful hotel set in lovely relaxing surroundings. Spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money. Fabulous service from the hardworking staff in the dining room. Special mention to the A team , Sharon and Tyler. So smiley, cheerful, and hard working. Would definitely recommend and will certainly return.

Lovely hotel and grounds, a good base for all the interesting places around. Amazing food and comfy room and such lovely helpful staff. Front of house, Morgan who was delightful, our lovely waiter Tyler and Callum. Such a great place to go for a break away.

What an awful hotel this place is, it seems to have been taken over by some sort of not friendly staff and even not child friendly staff from what I’ve seen. I wouldn’t waste your money or time to come here!! There’s better places around cheaper and nicer staff!
