Very convenient if staying in Crewe for some reasons. McDonald's is just next door and major supermarket and shops within 3 mins drive.

Room was great massive bed breakfast was unlimited. Don’t think anything was wrong. Sheets could be a cooler material as they were good at keeping heat.

Good budget hotel , friendly staff . Nearby an 24 hours McDonald , and 8 mins drive to supermarket

We enjoyed the hotel, I have 1 complaint, The fire alarm went off at 4am and 4.45am , It was a false alarm because one of the staff was smoking in one of the rooms,my partner suffers from fibromyalgia (chronic pain), She lost sleep and our trip was affected and we had to catch up on sleep the following day. We were visiting family and had little time to see them. When mentioned to cleaning staff it was giggled at,I found this very unprofessional and will think twice about using the hotel again, Which is a shame because we liked the hotel.

Nice and Friendly Staffs, and not just one or two, I mean the whole team! Professional well management! Room was clean and quiet.

Very nice rooms, very clean, very near the station.

There is a terrace and no refrigerator, but parking is convenient. The decoration and the size of the room are good!

Parking available for free, the hotel is very near to Crewe Rail-station (5min walk). Good cost benefit

Staff friendly as usual but I specifically booked a double room as being a larger build single beds just aren’t big enough for me. However, told only twin rooms available and I “could push the beds together”. But you can’t as there a shelf screwed to the wall between the beds. Being awake all night also gave me change to spend hours staring up at the numerous cobwebs around the wall above me I would now avoid this hotel based on room booked and paid for not being provided and hence me not sleeping

Stopped Friday & Sundays nights (Trip elsewhere in between) Friday room 103 had no heat even though the thermometer read 27'. I found a plug in heater but this was broken. The shower was a luke warm trickle. Terrible show. On returning Sunday night I mentioned these issues at reception and the lady said "Let me allocate you a room on the other side of the building as the air con and heating works that side! Beds comfortable & breakfast most acceptable.

Stayed here twice in last week. First stay no hot water in shower in morning.Complained but too late to do anything as I had train to catch. Second stay room heating not working, I was not told at check-in but there was a convector heater hidden away I was told to use. There is nothing wrong with this hotel, it just needs some TLC, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK (and free).

This property is always clean warm the staff are always accommodating and most importantly answer the phone to accommodate any questions. Should you need to stay in Crewe for any reason I highly rate this property xx

Excellent stay - huge bed, warm and comfortable.Good hot breakfast. Nice to have the £4 Parking paid for.
