We returned once again to enjoy the stunning Crewe Hall hotel and spent time in the spa. Our rooms had extra little 'treats' for the 2 birthday celebrations we were hosting. Trea**ents were on time, no rush, relaxing and given with care. (Only downside to the spa is the water beds are not practical if there is a few of you. It was much better when there were more chairs and foot rests). The food we had, both in the bar and restaurant, was excellent quality and value for money. We've been as a group of 6 on 5 occasions now, and will definitely be going back. Absolutely amazing grounds and staff.

Amazing spa, set in a magnificent mansion. Facilities are top notch. If you are really lucky Jamie the bar person and Sarah the lovely person will cross your path. The massage trea**ents are another level of relaxation. Toilet roll is non abrasive.

We booked a spa weekend trea**ents where average full body aroma and hot stones. Trea**ent room very small no where really to hang your gowns up. Music in the room had to be turned down as was too loud. Little luxury touches where missing no eye pillow used no candle light underneath the bed etc. Trea**ent experience could have been better. Nice location quiet and peaceful. Lunch with spa package was awful dry and seemed like left overs from Sunday lunch wasn’t great at all. Breakfast was average however served on cold plates.

Wow what a place!!! The history, the rooms, the food, THE STAFF!!! All amazing!! It was our 10 year anniversary and Jess Davies in particular bent over backward to make sure our visit was so special. Thank you Jess and thank Crewe Hallll……you seriously delivered!! 🙏

Visited for 1 night with a friend and used the spa facilities and had a trea**ent. Grounds are lovely and well kept. Breakfast buffet food was lovely. The only negative I can say about breakfast was the juices tasted very watered down, and we tried different ones. That was a bit disappointing. Service in the restaurant was great both at breakfast and evening meal. Spa was lovely, and we enjoyed our trea**ents. Jacuzzi is very small, there was 2 of us, but if anyone else got in, it might be awkward! Luckily it was fairly quiet and we waited for others to leave the jacuzzi before taking our turn. Pool and sauna & steam room great. Our room was quite big, nice to have a fridge as we took a bottle of wine with us. Felt the bed was a bit hard for me but probably personal choice. Nice big bathroom. Overall we would definitely stay again. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

This was a stop over for us before taking our two mums away to Alvaston Hall for a few nights. Beautiful room with a lovely view. Service was very good and both the restaurant and the two bars were nicely fitted out so you felt happy to be in them. The food was good and the breakfast excellent. The spa was also very nice. Ample car parking and overall a great stay.

We have just returned from a lovely overnight stay at Crewe Hall, staying in the modern part of the hotel. The room was lovely and clean, with a great view of nature. It had everything we needed - no complaints. Check in staff were polite and helpful. The spa was small but had steam room, sauna, very small jucuzzi and a pool, downside was no where near enough beds for guests, we had to stand around inbetween times of using the facilities...not at all relaxing... We had just a 25min trea**ent as part of the package deal, which I really enjoyed although it was not 25mins, my daughter went in after me and when I returned she was already back in the lounge room, so hers was even shorter than mine. We dined in the restaurant and we both had starters, mains and a dessert, we enjoyed them all - no complaints. A special thank - you, to Libby are waitress for the evening, a very lovely, polite young lady, nothing to much trouble and a smile on her face. We had breakfast, again no complaints, something for everyone.
