Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Glade

Not a family friendly resort. No kids activities. No shuttle to any of the multiple centers on the property. “Community Center” has an indoor pool that closes at 5pm and 7pm depending on the day. They also have a game room with pool tables, ping pong, and arcade - which is closed because they are setting up for an event in a few days. “Wellington Place” has an activities center that is never open. Outside pool is only open in the summer months. All activities are for adults. There was an activities sheet with one day of kids/family things, but they changed it. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Will definitely be our new go to place to stay in Tennessee.

Fairfield Glade is a very relaxing, pleasant, welcoming place. We have stayed at Club Wyndham at Fairfield Glade 3 times and have always enjoyed each visit. The units are clean and well-stocked. Each staff member we encountered (in person or via telephone) was always helpful. A special thanks to Syreeta in the Concierge's area who went above and beyond to make sure all was good (and even came out to our unit); to Alex (also in the Concierge area) who has been so welcoming every year with a smile on his face; to James who delivered items several times to our unit (and seemed very glad to do so); to Lee who was a delightful person and explained thoroughly all the aspects of membership at our meeting; to Tabby in Gifting who did a great job in guiding us through this process; to Diana (Guest Services?) who answered MANY questions, multiple times (and always seemed glad to do so); and, to Brian Martin in Guest Services who offered to send us floor plans of each unit -- this really helped us in deciding which type unit might be best for our situation this time - it was so very much appreciated! Thanks to everyone - and we are looking forward to a return trip!!

Great vacation except it is a retirement HOA place with many rules. Everything shuts down at 7:00 and have to drive everywhere. Only a small indoor pool with hot tub and 12 and above only. Not good for children at this resort under 12.

The accomodations were clean and spacious. Very nice

The rooms were clean, attractive & spacious. It was also nice that our family could be close to each other. We had no complaints and would use them again if we are in the area.

Our room was very clean, well appointed and fully equipped; a 1 bedroom unit with more than enough space for 2 of us! a choice of 5 lovely golf courses within Fairfield Glade, and by staying at the Wyndham Resort we were offered member rates to play, which was an unexpected bonus. Many miles of hiking and walking trails were just outside our door. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

This was our third stay here. We absolutely love the location and the condos. We will be back for sure. Ad an HR Director of a hotel in downtown Cleveland I am very impressed with the staff and the units.

My wife and I were celebrating our 7 year wedding anniversary. We decided to go somewhere a bit quiet and Fairfield Glade fit the bill. We got in late (in the middle of the night) so we didn't get to see much. However, the following morning we came back to get the full check in experience and met the beautiful Donna. She was so kind and sweet. She gave great recommendations and made us feel so welcomed. Always smiling and willing to assist as best she could. She was truly a highlight of our trip. They also extend time share presentations for Club Wyndham (hence the name). Again, Donna walked us through the process and made the entry process stress free and easy. We then had the chance to meet Anna who would be our timeshare rep. It was the standard timeshare presentation but I wanted to acknowledge her kindness as well as Jordan & Mercedes for the welcoming environment they cultivated. Now for the moment most of you have been waiting for. What was the room like? The suite was a bit older but even for it's age it was well kept. Our only complaint was the bathroom and jacuzzi room. Nothing major in the bathroom. A few eye sores on the tile. There were stains that caused us to think it wasn't cleaned properly. We bought cleaning supplies and went over them to realize it was just stained. Again it's an older property so that's expected. The jacuzzi, however, gave us the most trouble. Initially it wouldn't turn on. We spent about 20 minutes troubleshooting. Once we did turn it on black specs shot out of the jets. We weren't too peeved about it and we were so busy during our stay that we didn't make a big fuss about it. The overall experience was great and in our eyes those things were minor. We did mention the jacuzzi story to Jordan and he mentioned that the property was planning to renovate and upgrade various aspects of the property in the near future. Hopefully, whoever reads this review should you decide to give this property a shot the upgrades will be complete. All in all, if you're looking for a quiet relaxing getaway with an amazing staff this is the place to go. Look for our friend Donna and I promise you, you'll feel like royalty. If for some reason she isn't available I have no doubt you'll still find an amazing friend at the Glade. It's in their nature.
