"Super 8 in Crossville, Tn exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very large and well lighted. The window overlooked the swimming pool, although it was closed for the season (mid October). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. The only offerings were cereal or waffles, no fruit or yogurt. Otherwise it was 5 star motel."

"The staff at the front desk (male) was very rude. Room wasn’t ready had to quickly clean it for us. The elevator was broken our room was on second floor. The a/c unit didn’t work and there wasn’t any hot water. It just barely got lukewarm warm. The hotel could really use an update! I was glad I only had the hotel for one night. Wouldn’t stay there again even if it was for free. Very unhappy with our stay!"
