The ice machine was broken and the 2 vending machines didn't work. Only a few of the light fixtures outside the room had covers and some covers hanging off. The toilet wouldn't flush and when I called the front desk they brought me a plunger which did not fix the problem. It wasn't stopped up it was the handle and when I called back she said she'd let someone know but no one ever came back. I stayed 3 nights and never received more towels or wash cloths. Front desk clerk was ok but it was a late check in so maybe he was just tired. Breakfast was limited but great coffee. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Had roaches, owner refused to do anything, food at breakfast was inedible several days during our 3 week stay there was no breakfast except for 3 hard pieces of bread, a bagel so hard you could use it as a hockey puck. He won't allow you to stay more then 4 weeks. I was in the lobby when owner told a young lady this is a hotel not a home you have to leave now! There are more people in this area then there is housing he should be glad people stayed at his roach motel. WOULDNT EVEN OFFER PARTIAL REFUND WHEN A COMPLAINT WAS MADE ABOUT ROACHES! Not did he offer to switch rooms when we went to us a plug in our room and sparks flew from outlet!

We are staying here long term while we await our house being ready. The staff and service here is amazing. Clean rooms, very quiet and overall nice a**osphere. If I had one thing to complain about is they could improve on their breakfast. Not even butter for toast and bagels

The rooms were dirty and smelled! The sheets and towels had stains on them. When asked for cleaner sheets and towels they said they didn’t have any. When I asked for an extra pillow they said they didn’t have any. There was bug in the bathroom. Absolutely horrible! 0/10! I would avoid this place! I booked for 2 days and stayed less than 2 hours it was that bad!

This was not that expensive but it was still way too expensive for what we got. Very old property in dire need of a lot of remodeling. Outside entry to the rooms with lots of noisy people from businesses nearby. Mattresses were not very comfortable but then again everything was very old.

I couldn't close the bathroom door and the bottom screws were missing from the door hinge. Other than that, the price was right and it was at least clean.
