Buenísima ubicación. Cuartos chicos y viejos, pero lindos y limpios. Suficiente para dormir cómodamente en un lugar donde todo quede cerca, literal a un lado de la catedral. El restaurante de a lado, muy bueno, pero muy caro.
El único defecto es que hace falta una remodelación de ciertos muebles y que el WiFi no llega a las habitaciones. Lo demás, todo bien.
Eso sí, yo no vi aire acondicionado ni calefacción, pero tampoco lo busqué

Our room was lovely, spacious, well-appointed with a lovely view. The convent is perhaps 50 yards from the plaza. The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful.

Excelente situación para visitar el centro histórico de Cuenca. Tiene la ventaja de contar con una agradable cafetería restaurante y un salón de lectura o TV. La habitación era un poco pequeña pero con preciosas vistas. Personal muy amable.

Solicitamos la habitación doble deluxe. Mi primera sorpresa fue que teníamos escaleras hasta la habitación, y no había servicio de subida de maletas. Tampoco de aparcacoches, cuando el estacionamiento en la puerta del hotel es casi imposible. La puerta de acceso cerraba mal, asi que un día nos encontramos la puerta de la habitación abierta. Y ya por ultimo, no había aire acondicionado, sino climatizador, que no funcionaba. Para acabar. el desayuno en el hotel, es en una cafetería abierta al publico, asi que si llegas tarde....a lo mejor no tienes sitio, o no tienes bolletría, pues se ha acabado...

Great hotel in a perfect location, adjoining bar/restaurant was fab. Secure parking just up the road. Very friendly and helpful staff. One of the biggest and most unique rooms we've ever stayed in.
