"There is no electric kettle, and what is more terrible is that you can boil water with your own electric kettle. The boiled tap water is suspended particles and I dare not drink it. There is no parking space, just on Saturday, after I checked in, I spent 20 blindly on the street to find a parking space. It took about an hour to get back from the church after dinner to find a public parking lot with vacant seats."

"We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good.
Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return."
"The hotel is very friendly and friendly, and the breakfast details for those who do not have a buffet is great, can have a coffee and a toast and pay for it.
We used the gym and I left something to wish ... was cold and some of the machines were out of service."
"In the upper part of the ancient city, the train station can take a taxi directly, or take the bus to the door but the waiting time is slightly longer. It should be a private residence. You must confirm with the hotel when you check in, otherwise no one will open the door. The front desk and the health are all grandmothers alone, and grandmothers do not speak English. The outside of the house looks very old, the interior decoration is villa style, very nice, the bathroom bed in the room is very big, the heating is very good, the scenery outside the window of the room on the hillside is very good, this room level is placed in Madrid or Bassett can not start at 400 euros. There are very few people in the ancient city in the off-season. You can go to the new city under the mountain for dinner. In short, it is OK."
"There was a lot of noise in the hall at floor 6 and specifically in the ha next to my night and morning from 10 to 11 April 2025. Large, comfortable room. Excellent location. Rest terrace did not give me time to meet"
"The price/performance ratio is very high. You can park at the door. If you park in the underground garage, it costs 15 euros a night. The parking lot is a bit small and has voice-activated lights, which is a bit scary hahahahaha"
"If you are traveling by car, this hotel is the perfect choice from any angle. Warm service, clean and comfortable, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great showers, beautiful gardens, beautiful courtyards, free parking. A paradise for weekend vacations."
"I especially like Cuenca.
The hotel is a former residence. Every room layout will be different. Waiting for you to check in to explore surprises. Or have a terrace, or a balcony.
The room can see the St. Pablo Bridge and the monastery opposite, and it takes ten minutes to walk. On the bridge you can see the hanging house and our hotel.
Breakfast in the restaurant, the window is beautiful, very pleasant."
"The location is top notch and the front dest is helpful. I got a hot water boiler after request."
