Positive point, good location in the city. On the other hand we have a tiny room (small bed for 2, hardly the place to put 2 suitcases) and room 1 is stuck to the nightclub so very bad night until the closing of the night club. We are therefore very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel booked for us by our agency Terra Ecuador.

I would never stay in any other hotel in Cuenca. The owners and staff were kind, professional, helpful and shared great recommendations. Perfect location, very clean, great food, wonderful service and the entire environment of the facility is breathtaking. Nunca voy a otro hotel en Cuenca. Los dueños y todos los empleados del hotel fueron simpáticos, profesionales y muy atentos. La urbanización es perfecta, todo el hotel es limpio, comida rica, buen servicio y el ambiente es completamente maravilloso.

Hôtel super bien placé, on visite le cœur de ville à pied facilement et on accède facilement aux restos. Les chambres sont très correctes avec de l'eau chaude à volonté à la douche, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas en Equateur. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème de bruit comme lu sur le site. Petit déjeuner correct. Une très bonne adresse.

Voyage en famille en Équateur, 7 personnes, chambres propres, spacieuses, le personnel est très avenant et attentionné, idéalement placé pour visiter Cuenca. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, seul bémol un groupe de jeune (une trentaine) un peu bruyant mais très bien géré par les jeunes propriétaires, bravo ! à recommander ils le méritent.
