Está enclavado en pleno centro histórico de Cuenca lo que cobra un valor espectacular ya que todo es muy cerca, su arquitectura es fenomenal, sus fachadas, calles, la gente, un hotel con gente maravillosa con excelente actitud, desayuno variado y generoso, seguridad, hotel lleno de historia, excelente descanso habitaciones amplias. Zwei Nächte hintereinander Partylärm bis weit nach Mitternacht, der einem das Schlafen unmöglich macht. Mittelmäßiges Frühstück. Der Speisebereich ist zügig und ungemütlich. Die zentrale Lage macht das nicht besser, denn viele andere Hotels sind in der Umgebung NIE WIEDER SAN JUAN

Una sola noche bastó para regresar en el tiempo a la era colonial, un hotel donde su infraestructura es una maravilla, no es fácil encontrar hoteles en las zonas céntricas tan bien conservados. Habitaciones y baños amplios y limpios, excelente lencería, no se escucha ruido exterior, seguro, buen descanso, personal amable, desayuno buffet variado, restaurante bellísimo. Cada rincón del Hotel San Juan inspira. Y lo mejor excelente ubicación.

We loved the charm of the property, the attention to detail and the attentiveness of the staff. The location is fantastic, as well!
The off-site parking was a bit inconvenient and the rooms were a little damp.
But overall, our experience was wonderful and we will be back!

Un hôtel en plein centre de Cuenca à 5 minutes à pied de la place principale. Beaucoup de chambres réparties entre différents patios. Tailles très variables (de minuscules à géantes...). La déco est plutôt "château de Versailles" et frôle le kitch. Les SDB sont sans charme et mériteraient d'être rafraichies. La literie est très confortable. Les espaces intérieurs de l'hôtel sont nombreux. La salle du petit déjeuner est plutôt agréable.

contrate mi evento en esta empresa el día viernes 2 de diciembre , ya que la oferta se escuchaba genial y el lugar majestuoso, lamentablemente fui atendida tarde , el vino de mala calidad tibio, no hubo persona de servicio constante, la comida fría y de mal gusto, una presentación decepcionante, el postre parece comprado en tienda, y aparte me preguntan si todo estuvo de acorde al momento, me supieron explicar que hay mas eventos. uno paga para ser prioridad que rabia e impotencia con este lugar.
