My first time staying here. Wonderful helpful staff. The location is great, in the heart of El Centro with the Tranvia at your doorstep. The breakfast was excellent with many choices both hot and cold, lots of fresh fruit. There is parking available 1/2 block away, at $14.00 per day. Strongly recommend.

Un lugar cómodo, no se escucha la bulla de la calle a pesar que está justo en la parada del tranvía, un desayuno sustentable y las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy cordiales. Fue cómodo pasearce ya que esta a solo 2 cuadras del centro. Me toco en un piso alto y se tiene una vista muy bonita y relajante.

This Hotel is centrally located in a charming area, I arrived there at 01:2o AM, did check in with no issue. the area was so peaceful. the room was big enough to offer a comfortable stay with a nice bed and shower. highly recommended

They didn’t find my reservation , and gave me a double standard room , after that they took one of the beds from the room and make us sleep ( 2 tall persons) on a small bed

Me agrado que esta en un lugar céntrico perfecto para salir caminado, al pie está el tranvía, cerca la catedral, el parque y otros lugares turísticos. Las habitaciones grandes, camas confortables, desayuno variado y la atención del personal muy amables en todo momento. No tienen parqueadero propio, tuvimos unos inconvenientes con el parqueadero publico que el hotel tiene un convenio, hasta cierta hora están las personas en el lugar y luego de las 9pm hay que avisar en el hotel para que puedan abrir el estacionamiento, es molestoso porque el hotel al estar ubicado en la calle del tranvía no hay donde estacion**** para poder avisar en recepción. La recomendación, es que el hotel tenga un lugar solo para los clientes del hotel así también los huéspedes se sentirían seguros en dejar sus vehículos. En las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento acústico por lo que se escucha de una habitación a otra, niños llorando 6:30 am etc. En las bañeras tener precaución de poner alfombras antideslizantes es peligroso para personas mayores, Wifi un poco lento.
