L'accueil est excelent et le prix tres raisonnable Dans le centre de Cuenca et simultanement a 1km de la gare de bus et a 1,5km de l'aeroport (pas de bruit d'avion car 5 ou 6 vols par jour pendant la journee) Le personnel est res serviable Les chambres sont immenses (pres de 30 m2 pour une chambre standard) !

Located in El Centro near Mecrcado 9, Hotel Yanuncay has easy access to local shopping and restaurants. Catching a taxi is easy and most rides around Cuenca take little time.
The hotel has an elevator and on site parking.
Although the staff does not speak English, they are very accommodating and work hard to make your stay enjoyable.

Our first 3 nights in Ecuador was spent at The Yanuncay Hotel in Cuenca. The hotel is a very short taxi ride to Parque de La Madre and all the wonders of the historic district. The hotel manager Marcos was amazing! He made every effort possible to be helpful and accommodating. We had 6 very large and heavy pieces of luggage and he helped us load all of them in our van that carried us to Loja. The room was comfortable, clean and roomy. Thank you Hotel Yanuncay for making our welcome to Ecuador so warm and welcoming. Richard and Donna

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. I have been travelling South America for 8 weeks and have stayed in a number of accommodations across Colombia, Peru and Ecuador. I can confidently say that this was the best experience I have had, by far. Marcos is exceptional. He was so attentive - from ensuring our laundry was cared for and at the requested time; calling us cabs, helping us with our bags. Breakfast was nothing short of incredible. Marcos’ service was prompt and efficient and the spread was great! Perfect assor**ent and lots of wonderful food provided. We were in a beautiful suite that was cleaned every day and anything we needed was immediately tended to. I really cannot say enough about the hospitality and work ethic that Marcos showcased. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. I could go on and on. You will NOT regret staying here.
