This hotel has a 5 star staff and 5 star location. Just completed a 2 week stay and will definately be going back. The staff and location can't be beat if you are visiting historic Cuenca. The staff genuinely made this trip amazing. The breakfast is great with a variety of options. They always greeted us and provided great advice about the area. Unbelievable service at a very affordable price. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cuenca. Truly love this place.

Muy mala experiencia . Estafan a la gente. Cuando llegué me dijeron que no tenia reserva y sí estaba activa en mis reservas de Lifemiles. Como no tenía hotel tuve que pagar. El gerente nunca dio la cara

Excelente servicio, personal amable y muy capacitado, me ayudaron con información de los diferentes lugares para visitar en Cuenca. Desayuno perfecto y delicioso. Todo muy limpio. Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del Centro Histórico. Volvería mil veces.

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, quiet, and peaceful while still in a great central location. Not a party hostel. I checked in after hours and contacted first. They were nice and walked me through the process. You have to contact them first though.
