Nos salvaron la vida ya que estábamos buscando un alojamiento de último minuto y por suerte tenían una suite disponible. La suite está muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para una corta estancia. La atención excelente. Tal vez lo único malo es que el parqueadero es muy estrecho.

No es lo que el sitio web ofrece en cuento a lo que de parece, nosotros tuvimos una mala experiencia nos hospedamos 5 noches y 6 días, en el transcurso del tiempo nadie apareció para realizar la limpieza, ni cambiar camas ahora peor las toallas a pesar de que dejamos una nota en la recepción que siempre permanece vacía y no contestan el número el cual ellos dejan para comunic****. Lo cual podemos opinar que el servicio es malo & la experiencia es peor, a pesar de que nos exigieron pagar en cash al inicio de la estadia, por ende no hay reclamo en esa transacción, tampoco existen insumos para poder realizar nosotros mismos la limpieza, vivimos en New York y aquí el servicio es por excelencia. Gracias CUENCA 😊
