Todas las personas con quiénes interactuamos, Roselia, Rubén y Rosa, fueron muy amables. El hotel es muy tranquilo. Se puede descansar muy bien. Para mejorar, el estado del baño de la habitación. La grifería del lavamanos y el aro del sanitario estaban mal instalados, la jabonera de la ducha estaba suelta y las paredes estaban percudidas. Es el primer hotel en Chía en qué sec restringe el uso del aparato de calefacción instalado en la habitación. Las zonas verdes estaban muy descuidadas. Pese a todo lo anterior, el hotel es una buena opción para una o dos noches.

Este es un hotel relativamente bien acomodado, porque las camas son cómodas y es bastante limpio. El mayor problema, es que no te dejan ni siquiera terminar de acomodar tu equipaje, cuando ya te está llamando para cobrarte, el chico que nos llamó a cobrarnos era altanero e irrespetuoso, y tenia un aspecto como si fuera a hacernos algo por haberle dicho que se esperara. La razón por la que no pagamos justo cuando llegamos, fue que la señora de turno no sabia usar el datafono.

Toda mi familia nos alojamos en este hotel 2 veces al año, éramos clientes antiguos. Anteriormente casi todo funcionaba bien excepto que no tiene recepcion nocturna los huéspedes quedan totalmente solos cuidando el hotel después de las 10 pm. En esta oportunidad reserve y estaba un recepcionista nuevo y este señor casi no nos deja llegar exigiendo el pago del alojamiento. Un detalle muy incómodo.

El hotel es muy sencillo es básicamente una casa la dirección está mal en el GPS y cambio de nombre es difícil de encontrar y hubicar.
La sábanas tenían manchas se ve viejo y se escucha a la gente de afuera hablar toda la noche

Todo estuvo perfecto apartado del ruido muy tranquilo, buen servicio y trato por parte del personal lo único negativo es que no nos informaron la hora maxima del desayuno y por consiguiente lo perdimos.
