Cet établissement est très bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit. Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . We made a reservation in the standard room when we arrived and saw it was small (we traveled a few days ago and had a lot of baggage) we asked to upgrade to the larger room we would pay. the difference. just that we previously consulted the value on the booking website and they presented a much higher value, we had to argue with the value of the site. that ended that we didn't feel confident in the service provided. The breakfast is good, but I thought the site could be cleaner, the chairs at least showed signs of encarditis.

A nice hotel, in a big tower, located between the downtown and the fancy Batel neighborhood. Around the hotel you have all kind of structure: Bakery Shop, Drugstore, a Mall, Public Square. The hotel has a parking operated by a Vallet, so a plus is charged and checkout. The room is small, a little outdated, like the hotel himself. But has a good bed, and a strong shower. I do not reserve with breakfast option, because i just like the Bakery in front of Four Season hotel. The wifi is stable and has a good performance.

The hotel is very well located!Big room for the standard, with dryer, place to support the bag, satisfactory cleaning, (with room to improve), Wi-Fi OK, academy, medium breakfast. The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. I was very surprised with the hotel :)

I was in love with the hotel at the time of arrival, and the planets at the reception are extremely charming, the furniture that complements the decor is fascinating. The check-in is customized where the receptionist follows us to the room and explains how everything works. Alexa controls every corner! The bed is perfect, super smelling bed games and bathroom. The bathroom and the shower together with the smell Bulgari made the difference. I had a surprise in my apartment that dear Geovana Panizza left and I was very happy, thanks ＜3! Dinner, breakfast and lunch are excellent. All the dishes are well served. Finally! All the amazing! Congratulations to the team on the service that made me feel at home. I'll certainly come back, that's to enjoy the wonderful view of the restaurant to the golf course.
