The reception does not work 24 hours a day but the entire team is very attentive and efficient, they helped me a lot and were attentive every day of my stay.
The breakfast is simple but very tasty. There are few tables for breakfast, so it's best to plan your time specifically if it's cold or raining as the tables are outside.
The room is a great size, with strong, hot water in the shower and tap. Warm bed linen and very good location.

The hotel was not operating yet when ********** had it as active and accepted my reservation. We arrived at the hotel and no one was there.

We loved this rustic hotel. The only noise was the creaking of the floorboards as we traversed the room. The rooms face an internal courtyard, eliminating street noise. The rooms are decorated appropriately for the historic period of the hotel. The position is close enough to walk to buses and sights. Our bed was enormous and breakfast delicious. The staff were friendly and helped us finding our way around Cusco and excursions.

Infelizmente nossa hospedagem foi frustado pois no momento do check in nos colocaram em um quarto que parecia uma caverna. E na realidade contratamos pelo booking um quarto com varada. Sendo assim preferimos fazer o check out antecipado. O hotel registrou No Show pelo booking e nos cobrou um pagamento maior por fora. Não indico este local.

Las habitaciones son amplias, tienen los baños hechos a nuevo con todos los amenities y están bastante bien. El desayuno te lo haces a medida y tenes varias opciones. El día anterior lo arreglas en recepción y ya está. Si bien el hotel está ubicado en una zona bastante céntrica es bastante silencioso, pudimos descansar bien. Algo que no sucede en todos los hoteles de Cusco. Tiene un patio interior como muchísimos de los alojamientos en la ciudad ya que son edificios viejos. La entrada es media creepy y es dificl darse cuenta de que puerta es el acceso al hotel, sobre todo de noche pero no se dejen engañar, es una buena opción para alojarse. La atención es muy buena y el personal muy amable.
