La Llave 351

We stayed in a family room with our family of four. It was a few minutes walk from Plaza de Armas, and although the way back was uphill, it was within walking distance and easy to walk unless you were very tired, so it was very good. The location was on a very quiet street, so there wasn't much traffic and the noise was not a big deal. Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, several types of tea, and an electric kettle. The building was a renovated old building, so the ceiling was very high and open, and there was plenty of space even when we spread out our luggage. The staff were very kind, and although breakfast usually starts at 7am, they were happy to prepare breakfast for us when we told them we would be going out a little earlier to join a tour. Security was also reassuring, as the door had to be unlocked every time we entered or left the hotel. There were a few types of water and carbonated drinks available for purchase at the front desk.

- Hôtesses bienveillantes, accueillantes, toujours disponibles pour pallier les inconforts et les dis fonctionnements. - Literie très confortable. - Chambres spartiates (nous avons « subi » 6 nuits). Malgré un départ précipité suite à un changement de programme, pas de remboursement pour la 7ème nuit. - Apparemment 1 seule chambre est accueillante. - Douches chaudes 1 fois sur 3 - Petit-déjeuner frugal - Côte raide pour arriver à l’hôtel - Pas de bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres - Note sur booking surévaluée et injustifiée (sans doute les clients ne veulent pas pénaliser les hôtesses très sympathiques)
